Holographic Houndstooth

Hey, everyone!

While this wasn't my favorite nail design, I decided to post it anyway. Keep reading to find out what I mean!

I've been wanting to try gradient stamping as well as holographic stamping for a while, so I decided to combine the two. Unfortunately, some of the lighter colors I used really didn't show up very well... alas. But anyway, it was still a fun try! And I've never worn houndstooth before so that was fun, too! I started with two coats of OPI My Very First Knockwurst on all fingers. Then I used the diagonal houndstooth pattern from Born Pretty Store stamping plate BP-L006 to stamp my nails. I used Nfu-Oh 061, Color Club Beyond, Color Club Eternal Beauty, Color Club Over the Moon, Color Club Kismet, and Jade Uau! for the holo gradient. I also used liquid latex to mask around my nails for easy cleanup.

So what do you think? Fail or success? Let me know! Thanks for stopping by!
