Hey, everyone!
The item in today's review is so great, I might just have to get a second one! It's a practice/display stand for nails, so if that's something you're interested in, keep reading to find out why I like it so much!
This awesome little thing can be found HERE for currently $3.99 each and is available in black or white. I chose to review black. Each set includes a clear acrylic base with spaces for five stand pieces. Each of the pieces has a magnet on the bottom that connects to its spot on the clear base, so they're really easy to remove and replace while you work.
Each of the pieces is a nice size for handling, and looks almost like a little chess piece - very elegant! The top of each piece is slightly convex so when you affix a false nail to it to work on it fits nicely on the surface.
My only wish with this item is that there was an option to buy two sets, or one set that had 10 pieces so you could work on all 10 nails at once! It's because of this that I'd like to add a second one to my arsenal. Besides that, I think this is a great tool for those who work with false nails.
I tend to make false nail sets for my grandma since her nails are usually so weak and short, so I am ready to use this item for that purpose! I found that sticking the nails on with Blue Tac (like for posters) works really well, as it's a sturdy hold but still easily removable.
Do any of you paint false nails? Is this something you'd be interested in? Be sure and check out the other stand options from Born Pretty Store, and use my coupon code below while you're at it! Thanks for stopping by!
