A Valentine for Nerds

I know these are a little late, but this is the mani I wore for Valentine's Day this year. Keep reading to find out more!

I was actually inspired by THIS wonderfully nerdy nail art by The Nail Guru on Instagram. She always has such great designs! I went for a bit of a simplified version since her detail work is tons better than mine could ever be.

I started by applying two coats of Sinful Colors Island Coral on my index and ring fingers, and two coats of OPI Casino Royale on my thumb, middle, and pinky fingers. If you've been following me for any length of time you know I'm not a huge fan of pink, but coral and maroon are definitely good colors for me! When the base color was dry, I used a detail brush to paint on some nice nerdy Valentine's designs on my index and ring finger using Casino Royale. After topcoating all my nails, I used nail glue to attach a few sparkly rhinestones.
