I have another review for you today! Trying to play catch-up with all of these products and then I will hopefully have some regular manis to share with you by that point. But for now, let's see what's in store!
This glass nail file can be found HERE for currently $0.99 (normally $2.21). It is available in a variety of gorgeous floral patterns, but what you get is a random one - you can't choose which one you want. Which isn't such a bad thing because they're all quite lovely! As you can see, I received the purple/grape patterned one to review. These files are very sturdy and somewhat thick, but feel very comfortable to use.
I've had more broken nails this summer than I ever had before, so I've often had to file them down after a break. This file was great for that. It is coarser than my normal go-to file that I've had for years and years (pictured on the top in the picture below), but it works well for when I can't locate my other one.
One concern I have with this file is that I'm afraid it won't hold up to daily wear and tear that an avid nail lover would use it for. I noticed after a few uses that the grit on the surface actually began to wear off in one tiny spot, revealing smooth glass beneath. This was a bit of a bummer, but I really think that these files would still work great for someone who rarely needs to file their nails, or at least isn't as hard on nail care tools as I am!
