Here's a fun and simple mani that I did quite a while ago using a polish I ordered from Born Pretty Store online. As some of you may know, flakies are simply magical and if you don't own a polish filled with flakies then you should change that. More pictures and such after the break!
Flakie polishes tend to look different over whatever base color you put them. A good explanation of why this is can be found in this post by Lab Muffin (who is awesome, by the way). So in order to achieve optimum flakie colors, I layered this polish from Born Pretty Store over a fairly dark navy blue. I love the way it turned out! What do you guys think?
